In January 2021, Rahul Mangire became the President of Laney after serving as its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) since February 2019. As CAO, Rahul was responsible for managing group-level administrative continuity and control, contracts and enterprise risk management, centralized supply chain management, and corporate services. He also led Laney's strategic growth and diversification initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Rahul has over 20 years of experience in the subsea construction and diving industry, where he has held various leadership positions in sales and marketing, business development, estimating, project management, supply chain management, and commercial negotiations. Before joining Laney, he worked at Arendal International, Inc., where he was responsible for expanding the company's reach into international markets. Prior to that, he spent most of his professional career at Cal Dive International, Inc., where he focused on improving supply chain management and commercial functions in order to control costs and increase revenue growth.

Rahul holds an MBA from Rice University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University.
